How Corporate Stationery Helps Build Your
Brand
If you value your company image and if
design and the impression you portray is
important to you, then we strongly advise
that you consider employing Touch Marketing
& Design to help. We will create bespoke
stationery materials to project your
company’s image and we’ll ensure the image
you portray will make sure you are seen in
the best possible light.
Your stationery says so much about your
business – it's a crucial part of brand
building and how your image is projected. If
you have cheap looking stationery, badly
created with no real design consideration,
on low-quality paper – you are more likely
to lose business than gain customers!
But high-quality stationery, beautifully
designed, logically laid out with total
attention to detail, and printed on high
quality paper stock, will reflect incredibly
well on your business. Remember, brand
consistency is king.
Information to Include on Business
Stationery
Along with your company name and address,
you should include all office telephone
number(s), fax number(s), email addresses
and of course your website address too.
Business cards should also include a mobile
number if available. You could also consider adding
details of the product(s) and/or service(s)
you offer too.

Business Stationery Printing Costs
We are skilled designers, and experts at
creating stylish business stationery and we
have close links with leading print
companies to ensure that we offer the
highest quality materials at high cost
effective prices. Indeed, in our experience,
the costs involved with printing stationery
varies greatly and depends on a number of
factors including:
>
The volume of items you need
>
The quality of materials to be used
>
The number of colours within the design
>
How quickly you need them printing
We would stress that choosing the lowest
price you're offered doesn’t always work out
best in the long run. If the print quality
is poor you could find yourself needing to
reprint the items again. We are always happy
to provide competitive print quotes and show
samples of the work we’ve completed.
Corporate Stationery Items
Here are details of the many items of
stationery that we can design:
Letterheads
Normally sized A4, letterheaded stationery
contains your company logo or corporate
identity, company contact details and
registration details. These are used
regularly for all correspondence with
customers (both existing and potential) and
suppliers and are often the first thing
people see relating to your business.
Compliments Slips
These are normally third A4 in size and are
usually a scaled-down version of your
letterhead and are used to accompany
documents, cheques and other items you send.
Invoices and Receipts
These can be any size or shape required and
can be designed to work with computerised
invoice printing software or alternatively
with duplicate or triplicate books that are
filled in by hand.
Business Cards
They might only be small but they don’t have
to be boring – they can be designed to any
specification, with shapes, colours, styles
and content designed to make you stand out
from the crowd. Treat these credit-card sized
items as salesmen for your business – by
including your company and contact details
along with your logo – they are often the
item that people remember about you above
all else.
Other Items
Whilst the above items are the most popular
items, we also can help design bespoke
printed envelopes, address stickers, product
labels, postcards, notepads, reply cards
etc.
Stationery Legal Requirements
Whilst your stationery can be created to
meet your exact design requirements, please
note that there are some legal requirements
relating to your stationery. For example,
the Company’s Act now dictates that your
company letterheads must include:
>
Your company name
>
Registered business address
>
Company registration number
>
VAT registration number
We are always willing to discuss these and
other legal requirements.
