Don’t hate me but I’ve got to bring something up that
may not go down too well – there are just 71 days to
Christmas.
I know, I know, you don’t need to tell me – those of you
who know me know that I’m the marketing version of Ebenezer
Scrooge but when it comes to making the most of the festive
period from a business point of view, I can’t get enough of
it!
So before you get buried in late night shopping and mince
pies, I want to share a number of ways you can use the build
up to the festive period in your favour.
Nine Great Ways to Make
a Splash this Christmas
Here are nine ways to
build your business and reward your clients this Christmas to
make sure you’re top of their list come January
2010…
- Christmas cards: bespoke cards and matching
envelopes are a great way to make sure you stand out from
the same boring cards that everybody else sends.
- Advent calendars: let your clients enjoy the
Christmas countdown with a surprise every day.
- Snow shakers: cover your name in festive snow for
a memorable gift.
- Calendars and diaries: put your name in front of
your customers for a whole 12 months.
- Christmas stress balls: take the strain out of
Christmas with fun gifts.
- Wine: why not give the gift of booze? And
make it even more impactful you’re your details printed on
the labels.
- Vouchers booklets: encourage customers to spend
with you in the new year.
- Wall planners and desk pads: get your name seen
all year round.
- Special gifts: come on… we all know that nothing
says ho! ho! ho! like a branded pen, keyring, mug, mousemat
or clock!
Oh go on then, here’s one more to make it a nice round
ten…
10. Branded baubles – tired of
boring gold, how about getting your Christmas baubles branded
with your company logo?
